I signed a lease in December of 2024 and I can ,so far, say that I love it here.
Admin is extremely friendly and proactive. Ashlyn is especially helpful! We had one issue with the closet and the maintenance crew took care of it swiftly. I always see them in their cart on the move to get some work done.
I have also seen in the early morning, the cleaning up of dog feces, ( which should be the responsibility of the owners!) but they do a great job of keeping the area clean and safe.
The apartment building is always so clean and smells amazing, which I have yet to figure out how it smells so good all the time!
The amenities are great, 24hour access to a well equipped gym with a private play area for kids.
I will say, I don't think the television works in the gym, but I gave up after trying once, so I can't really say if it works or not.
The parking can be a challenge, if you don't a have a garage, so I suggest getting one.
The apartments themselves are really great, I love the bedrooms sizes and the layout. The kitchen is my favorite feature of the entire apartment, it is large and has a great look and feel. The balcony is a great size and I have a nice view of the mountains. The only gripe I have is that I can sometimes hear the stomping of upstairs neighbors and suspect my neighbor downstairs can hear mine, but that is to be expected. Overall, I am glad we chose this apartment complex.
