Editing this review after Valley View addressed the issues I had in my previous one.
My main struggles were with maintenance not helping with a hole under my counter that I was concerned my cat would disappear into. They told me they wouldn't do anything to fix it.
The property manager reached out and had me meet her today. I appreciate her taking the time to listen to me. Seems like she understands that Valley View has a lot of moving parts and that it might take some time or a couple tries to get something right.
She says they will come and cover the hole. My other main issue was with parking and bugs. They sprayed for bugs last week and the property manager helped solve my parking issue as well.
I mostly just appreciate someone taking the time to hear my issues. I will edit this review to 5 starts once the work on my counter is done, because I genuinely don't have any other issues with this complex. I really do enjoy living here!
If you're reading this, here are some things that I really like about Valley View. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. I live in one of their 1 bed 1 baths. The unit is spacious, with a large island and open kitchen concept.
The internet is extremely fast, the heat and AC work efficiently, the bathroom is massive for a 1 bed, there is a lot of closet space (pantry, main area closet, bathroom closet and a walk in closet).
The buildings are locked and require fob access so you can feel safe, and know nobody is getting inside.
My kitten has plenty of space to play and run around. Overall I am very pleased with Valley View. I think they have good intentions and I appreciate them taking the time to address my concerns. I'd be happy living here for a long time if things continue this way.
