APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Magna

I moved here from out of state and Ashlyn was more than helpful with my many phone calls and questions! The apartment has plenty of space and storage and is surprisingly quiet. The transition moving in was easy thanks to all the staff!

Property is beautiful was lots of amenities, staff is amazing and super easy to work with! Couldn’t recommend a place more!

Very nice staff

I just moved in so I can only speak for my experience so far. Ashlyn was very helpful. She explained everything very well and gave me the information I needed. I am concerned about the additional fees and utilities because usually these items have been included in my rent in other places I've lived but they are honest and upfront about the charges. The amenities are very nice and appear to be well maintained. I've only used the fitness area once. It was clean and everything worked well. When we walked through the apartment I saw an issue with the balcony. Today they came out and fixed it. We had an "inspection" this week. I was told what day it would be prior to them coming. It basically consisted of maintenance checking smoke alarms, changing the heater air filter. and checking for any plumbing issues. Ashlyn called to check-in and ask if I had any questions or concerns. So far we've had good experience.

I like living at Valley View Apartments! Everything is new, and the staff in the office are very professional and dedicated to doing their best. They follow through on everything seamlessly, and I have nothing to complain about. The amenities are amazing, and my personal favorite is the gym – it’s clean, well-equipped, and so convenient. This place truly feels like home!

So far everything has been great, not many issues that I'm aware of. The apartments themselves are very nice on the inside. Hard a water heater issue but the maintenance team took care of it and management checked in a couple days later just making sure my hot water worked.

I have lived here for a year and have had no issues. Everytime I put in a work they complete it in a timely manner

Recently new here Valley view staff has been great to work with amenities are great compared to some others. Conveniently close to my workplace and fit my needs.
