I have loved living here! The front desk ladies are very nice, welcoming, and kind! The move in process was easy! The only hard thing is parking, if you can’t afford a garage it is hard to get a parking spot past 7:30 pm. But over all it’s been a great experience.

I signed a lease in December of 2024 and I can ,so far, say that I love it here. Admin is extremely friendly and proactive. Ashlyn is especially helpful! We had one issue with the closet and the maintenance crew took care of it swiftly. I always see them in their cart on the move to get some work done. I have also seen in the early morning, the cleaning up of dog feces, ( which should be the responsibility of the owners!) but they do a great job of keeping the area clean and safe. The apartment building is always so clean and smells amazing, which I have yet to figure out how it smells so good all the time! The amenities are great, 24hour access to a well equipped gym with a private play area for kids. I will say, I don't think the television works in the gym, but I gave up after trying once, so I can't really say if it works or not. The parking can be a challenge, if you don't a have a garage, so I suggest getting one. The apartments themselves are really great, I love the bedrooms sizes and the layout. The kitchen is my favorite feature of the entire apartment, it is large and has a great look and feel. The balcony is a great size and I have a nice view of the mountains. The only gripe I have is that I can sometimes hear the stomping of upstairs neighbors and suspect my neighbor downstairs can hear mine, but that is to be expected. Overall, I am glad we chose this apartment complex.

We’ve been in this complex for about 2 months, signed a lease though in December 2024. Since then, the service has been great from both the leasing manager, agents, assistants and maintenance. We’ve also spent some time on campus with them and the culture that we see is good. Service from maintenance is timely and done well. Communication is good and kind. Currently no complaints.

For the most part, I have been very happy living here so far. Setting up my lease was very pleasant and the apartment itself is very nice. The only negative so far has been getting packages delivered, specifically from Amazon. Seems like a crapshoot whether they will actually get to me or not, particularly on the weekends when the front office is closed. I do think this is more of an issue with Amazon, but still annoying.

Ashlyn, and Kelsey have been so helpful! My wife and I were stationed here and had to facilitate everything from another state… Ashlyn was super helpful and took care of all of the hard stuff for us… when we got here both Ashlyn and Kelsey and others in the front helped us with the local area and all of our maintenance issues in our apartment… the apartment complex is very nice and my only complaint is that magna is a 30-40 minute drive from anything in SLC

I just moved in so I can only speak for my experience so far. Ashlyn was very helpful. She explained everything very well and gave me the information I needed. I am concerned about the additional fees and utilities because usually these items have been included in my rent in other places I've lived but they are honest and upfront about the charges. The amenities are very nice and appear to be well maintained. I've only used the fitness area once. It was clean and everything worked well. When we walked through the apartment I saw an issue with the balcony. Today they came out and fixed it. We had an "inspection" this week. I was told what day it would be prior to them coming. It basically consisted of maintenance checking smoke alarms, changing the heater air filter. and checking for any plumbing issues. Ashlyn called to check-in and ask if I had any questions or concerns. So far we've had good experience.

I like living at Valley View Apartments! Everything is new, and the staff in the office are very professional and dedicated to doing their best. They follow through on everything seamlessly, and I have nothing to complain about. The amenities are amazing, and my personal favorite is the gym – it’s clean, well-equipped, and so convenient. We’ve been living here for a while now and wanted to share our experience. Positives: Ashlyn is absolutely amazing! She’s always so sweet and helpful when we go in with questions. Her positive attitude and constant smile are refreshing, and the rest of the management team has also been great and helpful. The amenities are fantastic! The pool and hot tub are super nice, and they do a good job of keeping it clean despite the challenges of living at the base of a mountain. The gym has a great variety of equipment, including treadmills and a private yoga room. The kids’ playroom is clean and well-maintained, and the BBQ grills were super convenient in the summer. Plus, there’s a big dog park and a nice playground. The package pickup system is secure, and it’s great to get notifications when packages arrive. We love our apartment layout. The big kitchen island and ample cupboard space are awesome, and all the appliances (including the washer and dryer) work perfectly. Opting for a garage has been worth it since parking hasn’t been an issue for us. Negatives: It’s tough to get ahold of the leasing office. Calls often go unanswered, and even the texting system they provide is slow to respond. We’ve had to go to the office in person more than we’d like. While the pool and hot tub are nice, they’re frequently out of service, making it a gamble if they’ll be open. The BBQ area is also often left dirty, so be prepared to clean up before using it. Parking is a challenge unless you pay $125/month for a garage. Cars are frequently towed, and even ours was towed during our first week for being unregistered while parked in front of our own garage. It feels like the towing company is overly involved here. Rent seems to increase incrementally every month, and utilities have been going up noticeably as well. It’s something we’re keeping an eye on since it feels a bit concerning. They recently sent out a list of things prohibited on patios, including holiday lights, which feels excessive given how much we’re paying in rent. Fines for such small things seem unnecessary. The updated package policy only gives you three days to pick up packages before fees are charged. This feels unreasonable for tenants who travel or have busy schedules. Overall: Our experience so far has been okay. There are a lot of great amenities, and Ashlyn and the team are wonderful, but there are some frustrating policies and maintenance issues that could be improved. We’ll continue to monitor the rent and utilities and may update this review in the future.

Let me start off by saying I moved to Utah 2 years ago from California. And I just moved to Valley View recently and hand down I can happily say I found home. I love the newly renovated apartment I love how property is so clean I completely love how there building a new high school next door for my daughter. They have a gym with a play area for kids my baby loves it.And not to forget.. the manager is so nice and the leasing girl are so outgoing. And the maintenance workers are amazing so efficient nice. Highly recommend this place.🤗

I wanted to wait a little before I made a review to give my honest opinion. I’ve now lived in this complex for close to 3 months and so far it’s been great. It’s a quiet neighborhood, with pretty much everything you need around the corner; Walmart, Smiths, Family Dollar, fast food, gas, schools! Great management, and everything is pretty much new- no need to worry about pests and things constantly breaking down.. As far as management goes, my experience has been a lot better than my previous experiences with past facilities I’ve lived in. Thank god! I’ve had the opportunity to speak with front desk, and maintenance about small issues and have gotten quick resolutions to all my concerns and “issues.” I’ve especially appreciated the time the tech Luis has taken to explain the issue I had with my AC. You learn something new everyday! I’m a mother of 2, with a husband constantly out working, so reaching out to management in any complex I live in can be a stress, but this team really makes it an ease. I can’t express how comfortable I am in this facility, this place has really helped making me feel at ease and at home. Please keep up the great work!!
